Property Tax Bills
Property tax bills will be mailed in mid December. If you have not received your property tax bill by December 30th, contact the Town of Eden Treasurer as soon as possible. The first half is due to the Treasurer by January 31, 2026.
Tax Payment Address and NEW Drop-Off Site
To mail a Tax payment: Treasurer, Town of Eden, 302 Division St., Cobb, WI 53526.
In addition we have a drop box at the Town Hall for tax payments. The Black Drop off Box is located at the Town Hall by the shop door.
If you would like a receipt, please include a self addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
All payments received either by mail or in the drop box by 11:59 pm on December 31, 2025 to be posted in the 2025 tax year. Payments received after December 31, 2025 will be posted in the 2026 tax year.
New Garbage and Recycling Hours
New hours of operation starting January 1, 2026
Wednesday from 2pm - 6pm and Saturdays from 8am - 12pm.
The Garbage and Recycling Center will remain CLOSED at all other times. Do NOT attempt to open closed doors because they operate by a garage door opener. Fines of up to $500 will be imposed for improper use of recycling center. Site is monitored by security cameras.
